A spread for bread with cream cheese and german wild garlic (Bärlauch)


  • 30g or one bundle of Wild Garlic (Bärlauch)

  • 200g Extra creamy cream cheese

  • 50 ml Sour cream

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Lemon Juice


  • Wash and roughly cut the Bärlauch leaves and collect them in a sieve
  • Pour boiling water over the leaves to quickly blanch them, and rinse with cold water
  • Now finely dice the leaves and mix with the cream cheese
  • Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
