Ingredients
30g or one bundle of Wild Garlic (Bärlauch)
200g Extra creamy cream cheese
50 ml Sour cream
Salt and Pepper
Lemon Juice
Directions
- Wash and roughly cut the Bärlauch leaves and collect them in a sieve
- Pour boiling water over the leaves to quickly blanch them, and rinse with cold water
- Now finely dice the leaves and mix with the cream cheese
- Add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice to taste
