Snezhanka Salad (Snow White Salad)

This is a salad spin on everyone's favorite Tzatziki sauce. Essentially use strained yogurt as the base, mixed pickles, garlic, and walnuts to create a cool summer salad.

  • 1 jar Pickles
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 500 g Pressed Yogurt Squeeze the extra liquid out of the yogurt using a cheesecloth or strainer. It's necessary to measure the yogurt without the mass from the water. It should be thick enough to hold its shape when scooped onto a dish.
  • 50 g Walnuts
  • 1 bunch Dill


  • Chop the dill, walnuts, and peeled garlic cloves into small pieces. For this, I recommend using a food processor.
  • Dice the pickles into small cubes.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together, chill, and then serve.
