Ingredients

  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 kg Fresh Plums
  • 300 g Sugar
  • 250 ml Heavy Cream
  • Fresh Mint for Garnish

Instructions

  • Remove the seed from the plums and cut them in half.
  • Bring the plums and the sugar to a boil in the water for 5 minutes.
  • With an immersion blender, puree the fruit into a soup-like consistency. Let cool.
  • With additional cream and sugar, make some whipped cream in a food processor for garnish.
