Hiking: The Mölln Meadows

Mölln sits on the old Salt Road between Lüneburg and Lübeck and was the location of a Slavic settlement before it was conquered in the 12th century by German settlers. Despite that, it spent most of its history under Danish and Lübeckian rule. This hike takes you around the marshes and meadows around the charming old town of Mölln.

How to Get Here:

  • The trail starts at the station of Mölln, located between Lübeck and Hamburg. You can reach it by train from Hamburg, Lübeck and other nearby towns.
